This presentation introduces the ancient practice of spiritual direction and its value to people today. It includes a brief history of the practice and an example role-play session to demonstrate the dynamics of a spiritual direction relationship.

Introduces participants to the ancient practice of Lectio Divina (Holy Reading). The method of Holy Reading is presented and then participants are given exercise to try. Small group discussion and reflection is included.

This presentation uses the story of the Exodus to illustrate how we too are on a journey from our own bondage in "Egypt". Participants are introduced to a helpful way for paying attention to our own journey on a daily basis.

We all relate to God in different ways because we are each unique. This one-day workshop uses the Meyers-Briggs Temperament Indicator (MBTI) to help participants understand themselves better and how they can relate to God. This is an interactive workshop with exercises for participants. Participants are required to take a shortened form of the MBTI prior to the class so that it can be scored.

This seminar introduces participants to the methods of hearing God and discerning His will. The focus is on paying attention to inner movements and how God speaks to us through them to reveal His will. Case studies are used to illustrate the various methods presented.
